Basil Peach Vinaigrette |

| 1/4 cup Dickey Farms peach preserves |
1 tablespoon finely chopped basil |
| 1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon seeded, finely minced jalapeño pepper |

| Combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor or blender; process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
