1. Roll each ham slice into a tight roll. Stick with toothpicks. Place in shallow baking dish.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in small pan. Heat just until well combined and syrup-like. Spoon sauce over each ham roll. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Baste frequently with sauce.
3. To serve, portion two rolls on each plate and spoon sauce across the center of the rolls. |
