Peach Rib Sauce |

| 1 (6 ounce) jar peach baby food |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
2 garlic cloves, minced* |
| 1/3 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1/3 cup white vinegar |

| Stir together all ingredients; place in an airtight 2-cup jar,
and chill up to 2 weeks. Use as a grilling or basting sauce for
pork chops, ribs, or chicken. |
