Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in extracts.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to the batter alternately with sour cream. Fold in peaches.
Pour into greased and floured 10” tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing to wire rack. Cool completely. Dust with confectioner’s sugar. |
