Quick Peach Cobbler |

| 1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
| 1 cup milk |
1 cup self-rising flour |
| 4 cups sliced Dickey Farms peaches, sweetened to taste |

| Melt margarine in 9x13 pan. Mix milk, flour and sugar; pour over melted margarine. Add peaches, but do not stir. Bake at 375 degree for about 40 minutes or until browned. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream if desired. |
