| Marinated Fresh Fruit Bowl |

| 1/2 cup honey |
1 cup watermelon balls |
| 1/4 cup water |
1 cup cantaloupe balls |
| 1/4 cup lime juice |
2 large nectarines or peaches, peeled and sliced |
| 1/4 cup Triple Sec |
1/2 cup strawberries, halved |
| 1 cup honey dew melon balls |
4 kiwi, peeled and sliced |

| In small saucepan, combine the honey and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice and Triple
Sec. Cook completely. In a bowl, combine all fruit. Pour liquid
mixture over fruit and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate for 2
hours to blend flavors. |
