| Stuffed Peach Halves |

| 4 medium peaches, peeled, halved and seeded |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons vanilla low-fat yogurt |
| 2 tablespoons unsweetened flaked coconut, toasted |
2 teaspoons honey |
| 2 tablespoons raisins |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind |

| Coat peach halves with lemon juice and set aside. Combine remaining
ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into cavity of each peach
half. Chill. |
